"I check their lists about now and..."
I check their lists about now and then, and a lot of the rankings seem fair enough. That said, a few player placements feel a little off or maybe slightly biased. Still, it’s useful overall and gives me a decent idea of where players stand

"Newsletter wasn't what I expected"
I signed up for the Baseball America newsletter thinking it would be a quick, easy way to keep up with minor league news, but it ended up being more cluttered than I expected. There were definitely a few useful updates, but a lot of the emails felt repetitive or just pointed me to articles locked behind the paywall. Some weeks, it also felt like they were sending way too much. It’s not awful, but it didn’t really match what I thought I was signing up for, so I eventually unsubscribed.

"Finally, pages that don't take forever"
It's kind of a relief how fast this site loads. Even on my phone, it opens right up without making me sit there staring at a blank screen like half the sites out there. Box scores and articles actually load when I tap them, which shouldn't feel like a big win, but apparently it is.

"Fair paywall and worth it"
I actually like how Baseball America handles their paywall. You can read around enough of the site to get a good feel for what you’re paying for, and the paid content seems fair instead of like they’re locking every little thing. I signed up mainly for the prospect stuff and didn’t feel pushed into it or tricked. It’s a solid site if you’re about following baseball closely.

"Draft analysis felt waaaay off"
I was hoping for some solid draft takes, but they felt sooo off. Just didn’t really match what I was seeing at all.

"Pretty reliable for baseball news"
I usually find the reports to be trustworthy, and it is a solid place to keep up with baseball news. A few rumors do feel a little early sometimes, but overall I have had a good experience with it

"I’ve been really happy with how consistently..."
I’ve been really happy with how consistently it arrives on time. It’s one of those little things that makes the whole experience feel easy and reliable, because I’m not left wondering when it’s going to show up or dealing with delays. Overall, it’s been nice and dependable every time.

"I usually check it while I’m having coffee..."
I usually check it while I’m having coffee or waiting for dinner to finish, and the baseball articles always feel fresh. Every time I open it, there’s something new or at least updated enough that it doesn’t feel like I’m rereading the same old stuff.

"Customer service never got back to me"
I emailed customer service twice and never heard anything back, lol. Not the best experience when you’re just trying to get a simple reply.

"Such a solid baseball community"
It’s just a really nice place to talk baseball. The chats are good, people actually know what they’re talking about, and what I liked most is that fans really do help each other out instead of just arguing all the time. It feels casual and easy to jump into, which I appreciate.

"Not quite as useful as I hoped"
I thought this would be more worth it for me since I follow prospects closely, and I do still use it most weeks. It’s not terrible, but I’m a little disappointed because I expected to feel like I was getting more for the subscription price. It’s decent value if you’re really into tracking prospects, just maybe not as much of a must-have as I hoped

"Billing seemed right, I guess"
They charged me the right amount, so that part checked out, but the receipt took longer than I expected to show up. I kept wondering if something was off or if I’d have to chase it down. It worked out in the end, but it made me a little uneasy.

"I mostly use it for the prospect coverage..."
I mostly use it for the prospect coverage, and it usually been worth it for me. Some of the articles are a little short, but I’m still getting info I don’t really find anywhere else, so I keep coming back.

"It’s okay, but maybe I expected a little more?"
I don’t know if it’s just me, but the paper feels kind of cheap at times. The photos look fine and are nice enough to flip through, so it’s not bad overall. I just wish the magazine felt a bit more premium for a print copy, you know?

"I mostly use Baseball America when I’m..."
I mostly use Baseball America when I’m trying to look up prospects or dig back into old draft coverage, and the search has been helpful for that.

The results load fast, and most of the time I can find the player page or article I had in mind without clicking around forever. Even if I spell a name a little wrong, it usually still gets me close.

It’s not some fancy feature or anything, but it works well. it just makes the site easier to use for how I use it.

"I’ve been using Baseball America mainly for..."
I’ve been using Baseball America mainly for high school baseball coverage, and it’s been good. The rankings are easy to follow, and they’ll mention players I haven’t really seen much about anywhere else?? It’s nice because I can stay caught up during the season without having to search all over the place.

"I requested a refund and, to be fair..."
I requested a refund and, to be fair, I did get my money back in the end. It just took longer than I was expecting, so I made sure to keep screenshots and follow up until it was sorted. Support was polite enough, but the updates were slow, which made me a little nervous. Overall, it worked out, but I’d recommend keeping track of everything just in case...

"Good for scouting, but take it with a grain of salt"
I use Baseball America mostly to keep up with prospect scouting, a lot of the reports are useful. Some of their takes end up being spot on, but others can look a little off after a season or two. I still think it’s worth reading, just don’t treat every ranking like it’s guaranteed to be right.

"Decent on my phone, but not the smoothest"
I usually check Baseball America on my phone, and for the most part it gets the job done. The articles and content are solid, but the mobile site can feel a little clunky. Sometimes pages load slowly or shift around right when I’m trying to tap something, which is probably just my bad timing, but it still gets annoying. Finding what I’m looking for isn’t always as easy as it should be either. I like the site overall, I just wish the mobile experience was a bit smoother.
